"Just a note to let you know that the beef and the chicken that my family got from you has been excellent! All of the beef has been as tender and flavorful as it can be.  The chicken is wonderful too.  They are the cleanest whole chickens that I have ever seen! I cut one up to cook it on the grill and there wasn't any fat for me to cut away before cooking.  The chicken cooked up great and didn't burn on the grill.  I think that's because it didn't have all of the fat in it that a chicken from the grocery store has so there wasn't much to drip into the fire to make the chicken burn!  
 
Our freezer is quite full with the chickens and the beef!  I look forward to getting the turkeys from you in the fall and reorder more chickens as needed and will get more beef from you next summer."
