All of our poultry products are processed under strict sanitary standards here on the farm.  They are processed and packaged for and inspected by our customers, and are for sale throughout Virginia.

Chickens are raised on pasture and supplemented with natural, non-gmo grains, & without hormones, appetite stimulants, or antibiotics.

 EGGS are from our truly free-range hens that are raised on pasture, and are supplemented with non-gmo grains, (never any antibiotics, hormones, or additives).  The brown eggs are usually large to Jumbo size, and are sold to you FRESH. 

Turkeys (white broad breasted) are also raised on pasture, very similarly to the chickens, and will be processed and offered fresh, the week of Thanksgiving. Turkeys offered frozen other times. 

Because there is a limited supply of turkeys, we recommend that you reserve yours now!

Beef may be purchased by individual cuts,

but may also be purchased in bulk:

Quarter, Half, or Whole.

 Final weight (cut and vacuum packed beef - ready for your freezer):

  *Because several factors (beginning weight of animal, style of your preferred cuts, etc.) influence final weight, the following poundage is approximate*

      Quarter:  100-150 pounds

      Half:         200-250 pounds

      Whole:    400-500 pounds

Quarters and Halves are sold as "Representative Quarters/Halves", meaning: you would receive 1/4 or 1/2 of the Total Burger,Roasts,Steaks,etc. of the whole animal

So that you may better plan for your specific needs, we have listed a basic guideline of what you may expect from a Half of beef:

• 1 Eye of Round Roast

• 4-6 Porterhouse Steaks
